| 摘 要： | 西部农村中小学教育信息化的发展有其重要的现实意义和实际价值,但在发展中仍存在观念落后、资源有限、财力不足等问题.在认清问题的基础上,要不断转变观念、逐步发挥资源中心的作用、开发和积累资源,以寻求西部农村中小学教育信息化的发展之路.

| Abstract: | Educational Informationization development in the elementary and middle school of county has important practical significance and actual value. However, there are such problems as idea backwardness, limited resources and insufficient financial resource in the development. Based on clear recognition of the problems, we should keep transforming idea, gradually utilize the role of resource center, develop and accumulate the resource in order to seek the way to realize the educational informationization development in the elementary and middle school of west county. |
