| 摘 要： | 从2019年政府工作报告提出高职扩招100万以后,大量退役军人、下岗失业人员、农民工、新型职业农民等非传统生源群体进入高职院校。基于此,解构百万扩招时代意蕴,审视非传统生源群体差异特征,剖析当前高职创新创业教育存在的问题,提出加强创新创业专兼职师资队伍建设,分类制定差异化人才培养方案,推进“对分课堂”等课堂革命,加强专创融合,大力推进校企合作等解困方略。

| Abstract: | Since the 2019 Government Work Report proposed to expand the enrollment of higher vocational colleges by 1 million,a large number of non-traditional students such as retired soldiers,the laid-off and unemployed,migrant workers and new professional farmers have entered higher vocational colleges.Based on this situation,this paper deconstructs the meaning of the era of millions of enrollment expansion,examines the differential characteristics of non-traditional student groups,analyzes the problems existing in the current higher vocational innovation and entrepreneurship education,and puts forward some strategies to smooth away difficulties,such as strengthening the construction of full-time and part-time teachers for innovation and entrepreneurship,formulating differentiated talent training plans by classification,promoting“classroom division”,strengthening the integration of professional and creative education,and school-enterprise cooperation. |
