| 摘 要： | 近年来,随着一系列有关教育改革和人才培养的重要文件的制定和颁布,党和政府对高等中医药院校人才培养的质量提出更高的要求。人才是事业发展的关键,对人才的判定,素质是根本。重新界定了中医药院校大学生应具备的中医素质的内涵,提出要转变教育观念,将“以立德树人为宗旨,以学生学习发展为中心,以提升学生中医素质为目标”的教学理念贯穿中医药院校教育的整个过程。同时,从思想素质培养与人文精神塑造相融合、专业素质、创新素质以及身心素质四个方面对培养和提升大学生中医素质的路径和方法进行探讨。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the formulation and promulgation of a series of important documents on education reform and talent training,the Party and the government have put forward higher requirements for the quality of talent training in colleges and universities of traditional Chinese medicine.Talent is the key to the development of Chinese medicine,and the quality is the fundamental requirement for talent training.This paper redefines the connotation of the quality that college students of traditional Chinese medicine should possess,and puts forward that we should change the concept of education and carry out the teaching philosophy o“f taking‘building morality and cultivating talents’as the purpose,taking students'learning and development as the center,and taking improving students'quality of TCM as the goal”through the whole process of TCM college education.At the same time,the paths and methods of cultivating and improving college students'quality of traditional Chinese medicine are discussed from four aspects:the integration of ideological quality training and humanistic spirit shaping,professional quality,innovative quality,and physical and mental quality. |
