| 摘 要： | 文章通过SWOT态势分析法,分别从专任教师和在读本科护生角度出发,对广西某中医院校在读本科护生护理科研存在的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁四个方面进行综合分析,探讨广西某中医院校在读本科护生护理科研素养及其外部因素,并提出应对策略和方法,以期进一步提高欠发达地区中医院校在读本科护生的科研素养。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis by SWOT method,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in nursing scientific research of undergraduate nursing students in a college of traditional Chinese medicine in Guangxi from the perspective of full-time teachers and undergraduate nursing students.It probes into the nursing scientific research literacy and its external factors of nursing students in this college and puts forward some countermeasures and methods in order to improve the scientific research literacy of nursing students in undergraduate colleges and universities in underdeveloped areas. |
