| 摘 要： | 近年来,来华留学生人数逐年增长,留学生的高等教育也逐渐成为衡量一个国家高等教育国际化水平的重要指标。文章围绕设置临床技能操作培训课程,完善相关教材、加强临床技能培训中心建设,提高使用效率、加强带教教师培训,优化带教老师教学方法、健全临床技能考核制度,提高培训课的教学质量这四个方面展开分析,以加强留学生临床技能操作培训、提高临床教学质量为目的进行探讨,从而有效地保证医学留学生的教学质量,提高医学留学生的综合能力。

| Abstract: | In recent years,the number of international students in China has increased year by year,and the higher education of international students has gradually become an important indicator to measure the internationalization level of a country's higher education.This article focuses on the four aspects of setting up clinical skills operation training courses,improving relevant teaching materials,strengthening the construction of clinical skills training center,improving the efficiency of use,strengthening the training of teachers,optimize teaching methods for teachers,improving the clinical skills assessment system,and improving the teaching quality of training courses.It aims to strengthen the clinical skills operation training of foreign students and improve the clinical teaching quality,So as to effectively guarantee the teaching quality of international medical students and improve the comprehensive ability of international medical students. |
