| 摘 要： | 江苏高职院校响应国家建设"一带一路"的号召,积极培养服务于"一带一路"建设的国际化人才,有不少高职院校的国际化办学已经形成了一定的国际影响力,随着国家相关政策的纵深推进和越来越多的企业"走出去",高职院校的国际化办学也会迎来更多的发展机会,但同时也应该看到江苏高职院校在培养"一带一路"人才方面还存在一定的劣势和威胁,江苏高职院校需要在"有所不为""统筹规划""借力避短""加强合作"等方面采取相应的对策,才能更好地提升培养"一带一路"建设人才的质量。

| Abstract: | In response to the call of "the Belt and Road" for national construction,Jiangsu vocational colleges have actively trained internationalized talents serving the "the Belt and Road" construction.Many international institutions of higher vocational education have already formed certain international influence.With the further promotion of relevant policies and more and more enterprises’ "going out",the internationalization of higher vocational colleges will also usher in more development.At the same time,we should see that Jiangsu vocational colleges still have some disadvantages and threats in cultivating "the B elt and Road" talents Jiangsu vocational colleges need to take corresponding countermeasures in the aspects of "have sth that one does not do", "overall planning", "avoiding weaknesses" and "strengthening cooperation",so as to better enhance the quality of "the Belt and Road" construction talents. |
