摘    要:随着大数据技术的落地与发展,各高职院校为适应社会发展需求和企业人才需求,纷纷开设大数据技术与应用专业。在日益完善大数据专业人才培养、课程体系结构和企业岗位需求同时,也更加注重该专业人才培养过程中的实验室建设。文章以作者单位大数据实验室为研究对象,对其整个建设过程加以详细说明,并对今后该创新实验室对专业人才培养、课程体系建设、学生技能竞赛、企业岗位需求和教师科研等方面进行深入研究和探讨,为其专业培养大数据技能型人才提供有力保障。

Abstract:With the landing and development of big data technology,various higher vocational colleges have set up big data technology and application majors to meet the needs of social development and the needs of enterprise talents.While improving the training of big data professionals,curriculum system structure and corporate job requirements,we also pay more attention to the laboratory construction in the process of training this professional talent.This article takes the author's unit big data laboratory as the research object,and explains the whole construction process in detail.In the future,the innovation laboratory conducts professional talent training,curriculum system construction,student skill competition,enterprise job requirements and teacher research.In-depth research and discussion provide a strong guarantee for professional training of big data skills.
