| 摘 要： | 长期以来,产教融合存在着“壁炉现象”和“集体主义困境”,文章从新制度经济学的视角,运用产权理论和交易费用理论分析问题成因,从组织模式建设层面给出解决问题的办法。让“双主体”变为“单主体”,采用股份形式的集团化组织模式能够提高产教融合的效能,提高资源的有效配置,并通过案例实证进行了路径探究。

| Abstract: | For a long time,the integration of production and education has"the fireplace phenomenon"and"collectivist dilemma".From the perspective of new institutional economics,this article uses the theory of property rights and transaction costs to analyze the cause of the problem,and gives solutions from the perspective of organizational model construction.Turning the"dual-subject"into a"single-subject"and adopting a group-based organization model in the form of shares can improve the efficiency of this integration,improve the effective allocation of resources,and explore the path through case studies. |
