| 摘 要： | 在肾内科实习带教过程中,眼科影像系统PACS的引入,提供了大量的原始图片资料,为教师建立详细的病例数据库提供了更好的途径,改进了教师的实习教学方法,更利于学生在临床实习过程中教师与学生之间的互动和交流,激发学生的学习兴趣,提高了学生自主学习的能力,使学生对疾病有了更深入、系统地认识与理解,更好地将理论知识与临床实践相结合,提高了教学效果,为学生从医学生向临床医生过渡打下了夯实的基础,值得进一步推广与普及。

| Abstract: | In the practice teaching process of nephrology department,the introduction of ophthalmic imaging system PACS can provide a large number of original picture materials and a better way for teachers to establish a detailed case database,improve teachers’practice teaching methods,is more conducive to the interaction and communication between teachers and students in the process of clinical practice,stimulate students’interest in learning,improve students ability of autonomous learning,and enable students to have a deeper understanding of diseases,better combine theoretical knowledge with clinical practice,improve the teaching effect,and lay a solid foundation for students’transition from medical students to clinicians,which is worthy of further promotion and popularization. |
