摘    要:大学教师的教学能力是大学教育成败的决定性因素。大学教师的教学能力取决于其人文素养和专业能力的高低。大学教师的人文素养体现在道德修养和人文知识两个层面。大学教师专业能力水平体现于其对教育学知识的掌握和实践能力,以及对专业知识的掌握和传授能力两方面。其中,对教育学知识的掌握和实践能力包括对学生的掌握和观察能力、沟通能力、语言逻辑与表达能力、组织能力、心理素质和信息化教学能力;对专业知识的掌握和传授能力包括专业知识功底、专业知识更新能力、专业教学研究能力和学术研究能力。

Abstract:Teaching ability of university teachers is decisive factor of university education.The teaching ability of university teachers depends on humane accomplishment and professional ability.Humane accomplishment of university teachers is reflected in moral cultivation and humanistic knowledge.The professional ability of university teachers is reflected in their mastery of pedagogical knowledge and practical ability,and their mastery of professional knowledge and teaching ability.There into,the mastery of pedagogical knowledge and practical ability is reflected in their ability of grasp and observe students,communicational skill,language logic and presentation skills,organizational ability,psychological quality and informationization teaching ability.The mastery of professional knowledge and teaching ability is reflected in professional knowledge base,ability to update professional knowledge,research ability in professional teaching and academic research ability.
