| 摘 要： | 高职院校承担为生产一线培养高端技能型人才的重任,不能与时代脱节。职业技能大赛是职业院校培养高端技能型人才的主要手段,通过深刻把握工匠精神的丰富内涵,探讨技能大赛与工匠精神培育的关系,就新时期下行业类高职院校培育具有工匠精神技术技能人才的实践途径,文章进行剖析研究,对行业类高职院校人才培养具有借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of cultivating highly-skilled talents for the production line,which can not be divorced from the times.Vocational skill competition is the main means for vocational colleges to cultivate highly-skilled talents.By deeply grasping the rich connotation of"craftsman spirit",discussing the relationship between skill contest and analyzing the practical approaches to cultivate skilled talents with"craftsman spirit"in the new era,which can be used for reference in the training of talents in Vocational colleges. |
