| 摘 要： | 苏州市职业大学顺应“一带一路”沿线国家和我国企业“走出去”倡议与战略对先进制造技术类人才的需求,发挥高校在人才培养、文化传承创新和国际交流与合作等方面的职能,搭建国际交流平台,加强交流合作,积极进行留学生先进制造技术类专业教育教学综合改革与实践,强化岗位胜任能力,注重传播中华文化和人文涵养,内化留学生综合素质,全面提高先进制造技术类国际人才培养质量,在国际舞台上展示学校教育发展水平。

| Abstract: | To Meet the demand for advanced manufacturing technology talents of the countries along"the Belt and Road"and the"going out"strategy of our country's enterprises,Suzhou Vocational University gives full play to its functions of talent training of advanced manufacturing technology,cultural inheritance and innovation,international exchange and cooperation.Moreover,it sets up an international exchange platform,strengthens exchange and cooperation,and actively carries out the comprehensive reform and practice of specialized education and teaching of advanced manufacturing technology for foreign students,strengthening the post competence,paying attention to spreading the comprehensive quality of Chinese culture and humanities,internalizing the comprehensive quality of foreign students.In addition,it improves the quality of international talent training of advanced manufacturing technology,and displays the level of school education development on the international stage. |
