| 摘 要： | 作为推动中俄新时代全面战略协作伙伴关系高水平发展的重要抓手,中俄人文交流在服务两国关系大局、推动文明交流互鉴、夯实社会民意基础等方面发挥的作用日益凸显,在中外人文交流机制中独树一帜,为我国与其他国家开展人文交流合作提供了借鉴。结合中俄人文交流最新动态,联系近年来中俄两国高校交流实践,重点结合中俄工科大学联盟创新发展路径,阐述在新形势下,创新理念,突出特色,中俄工科大学联盟引领中俄两国精英大学开展双边合作交流所做的一些实践和探索。

| Abstract: | As an important channel for promoting the high-level development of the comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination between China and Russia in the new era,the Sino-Russian humanistic exchanges play an increasingly prominent role in serving the overall interests of bilateral relations,promoting civilization exchanges and mutual learning,and consolidating the foundation of social and public opinion.It is a unique one in the mechanism of humanistic exchanges between China and foreign countries,and it also provides a reference for carrying out humanistic exchanges and cooperation between China and other countries.Combined with the latest developments of humanistic exchanges between China and Russia,the exchange practice between Chinese and Russian universities in recent years,and the innovative development path of ASRTU,this paper expounds the innovative ideas and outstanding characteristics under the new situation and some practice and exploration that ASRTU has made in leading the elite universities of China and Russia in bilateral cooperation and exchanges. |
