鸡骨草多糖的提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:研究超声波法提取鸡骨草多糖的工艺。方法:以多糖提取率为指标,选择适当的超声波功率、超声波时间、料液比和提取次数,通过正交试验确定超声波法提取鸡骨草多糖的最佳条件。结果:最佳提取工艺为:提取功率90 W,超声时间35 min,提取次数2次,料液比1∶20。结论:超声法提取鸡骨草多糖方法简单、效率高,有效成分破坏少。

Abstract:This paper studies the optimal extraction process of polysaccharides from Abrus cantoniensis by ultrasonic waves. Ultrasonic power, ultrasonic time, solid-liquid ratio and extraction times are identified as the critical conditions in the extraction process through orthogonal experiment which indicates that 90 W of ultrasonic power, 35 min of ultrasonic time, 2 times of extraction times and 1 : 20 of solid to liquid ratio are the optimum conditions of the extraction. The proposed method with ultrasonic-assisted extraction is simple but with high efficiency and less damage to effective components.
