| 摘 要： | 课外体育作业应该成为学校体育的重要组成部分,但多年来都没有得到很好的重视,也缺乏一个量化的标准进行评价,使得课外体育作业处境尴尬。本文通过对高职院校课外体育作业的研究和分析,使课外体育作业能更好的提高教学效果,并且为高职学生奠定终身体育意识打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | Outside class exercise should be the important component of school physical education, but it was lack of attention for the past many years. We also lack of a standard to value it , which made outside class exercise work faced a embarrassed plight. The paper through the research on outside class exercise work in high vocational school to inhance the teaching effects and lay a solid foundation for students’ lifelong exercise consciousness. |
