| 摘 要： | 本文从三个方面分析我国公众知识产权意识淡薄的原因.即经济因素,我国长期的自然经济抑制了知识产权意识的产生,物质利益的驱使是人们侵犯知识产权的重要原因；文化因素,我国传统文化中存在不利于知识产权意识的消极因素；伦理因素,知识产权制度的合理性和对伦理道德观念的挑战引发了人们对知识产权制度的质疑.

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the reasons causing weak public consciousness of intellectual property in our country from three aspects. The first aspect is the economic factors： China＇s long-term natural economy inhibits the production of intellectual property fights consciousness, and lust for material benefit generates drives for the infringement of intellectual property rights. The second is the cultural factors： the negative factors in China＇s traditional culture are not conducive to intellectual property ri~,ts awareness. The third is the ethical factors： the rationality of intellectual property system and a challenge to ethical morality raise people＇s doubts of the intellectual property system. |
