| 摘 要： | 校园安全管理工作关系到教育的稳定发展.近年来,频繁发生的校园安全问题引起了全社会的广泛关注,也暴露了当前校园安全管理工作存在的漏洞.当前,校园安全管理中普遍存在安全意识淡薄,安全教育不到位,安全管理制度不健全,安全管理能力不足,安全管理渠道单一等问题.针对这些问题,要建立校园安全管理的长效机制,必须要加强学校的安全教育,建立健全校园安全管理制度,加强学校的安保能力,建立广泛、多层次的参与机制.

| Abstract: | Safety management relates to the stable development of the education campus. In recent years, the frequent occurrence of campus safety problem caused the extensive concern of the whole society; it also has exposed the loopholes in current safety management on campus. At present, many problems exists in campus safety management, such as lack of safety consciousness, safety education is insufficient, unsound of the safety management system, lack of security management capabilities, problem of safety management channels etc.. Aiming at these problems, to establish the long-term mechanism of school security management, we must strengthen the safety education in schools, establish and improve the safety management system in campus, strengthen school security ability, establish a wider, multi-level participation mechanism. |
