| 摘 要： | 随着我国高等教育事业的迅猛发展，高等学校占有、使用的固定资产规模急剧膨胀，其构成亦日趋复杂，管理难度越来越大，本文拟从高校固定资产管理现状和存在问题出发，探求如何管好、用好高校固定资产，不断提高其使用效益，防止国有资产流失，适应和促进高等教育事业的快速发展的固定资产管理相关对策。

| Abstract: | Along with our country higher education enterprise's rapid development, the College holds, the use fixed asset scale to inflate suddenly, its constitution also day by day complex, manages the difficulty to be getting bigger and bigger, does this article plan from the university fixed asset management present situation and the existence question embarks, how seeks manages well, uses the university fixed asset, raises its operational effectiveness unceasingly, prevents the state asset outflow, the adaptation and the promotion higher education enterprise's fast development fixed asset management related countermeasure. |
