| 摘 要： | 高校无形资产是高校国有资产中不可缺少的重要组成部分。由于无形资产既看不见又摸不着,致使许多高校根本就不重视无形资产的管理,还有部分高校虽然已经制定了无形资产管理的相关规定,但在实际的管理中,还存在管理制度不健全、管理体系不统一、管理机构分散及无形资产流失严重现象,这是摆在我们面前急需解决的问题。本文在分析高校无形资产特点的基础上,进一步剖析了高校无形资产在管理中所存在的问题,并提出相应的解决方案。
