| 摘 要： | 如何在大众化的背景下适应区域经济发展对人才培养的需求和社会对学生个体的要求,是地方院校在人才培养模式改革中需要高度关注和解决的重要问题。地方教学型本科院校需转变观念、统一认识,确立人才培养模式多样化的指导思想与总体目标,立足社会需求与办学实际,确立多样化的专业人才培养规格和考评机制,并以学校特色文化为依托,专业能力素质培养为主线,整合、融通课堂教学、实验实训、产学研相结合等举措打造多样化人才培养平台,以适应新形势下专业教育多样化的市场需求。

| Abstract: | Local teaching-approached universities should fix diversified professional talents cultivation standards and evaluation system by sticking to social wants and school-running reality;integrate class teaching,practical teaching and "Cooperation in Production,Study and Research" into one by featuring school characteristic culture and professional ability cultivation;and build up a talent cultivation platform,in order to cater to the market need of in the new situation. |
