| 摘 要： | 本文初步探讨了对现代高等学校体育与健康教育观念的建立与认识；提出了健康需要体育运动，体育运动能促进身体健康的思路，探讨了增加营养、卫生、自然力锻炼、医疗常识及心理保健知识等健康教学内容的思想；应更加重视健康观念及健康知识的传播以及保健技能的意识培养的教学。

| Abstract: | This paper probes on the setting up and recognition of the concept of physical and health education in universities. It puts forward that physical exercise can stimulate health; more of the teaching content such as nutrition, sanitation, natural force exercise, medical common sense, psychological health care should be conducted; more stress should be put on the concept of the health and health care. |
