ZnO纳米花的低温液相合成及光催化性能研究

摘    要:以硫酸锌为锌料,采用低温液相的方法合成了具有花状结构的纳米ZnO,并用XRD和SEM对样品进行了测试表征;考察了不同条件下制备的样品降解甲基橙的性能.结果表明:以碳酸钠做沉淀剂及3%的油酸钠做表面活性剂时,所得样品在2h对甲基橙的降解率可达90%以上.

Abstract:Flower-like structure of nano ZnO was synthesized by aqueous method at low-temperature with zinc sulfate as raw material in this paper.The shape and structure of the final products were characterized by XRD and SEM.The performance of the degradation of methyl orange was investigated for samples prepared under different conditions.The results indicated that the samples which were prepared with sodium carbonate as precipitation agent and sodium oleate as surfactant for the degradation of methyl orange rate can reach more than 90% in two hours.
