| 摘 要： | 我国现行的户籍制度源于计划经济体制和传统社会制度的安排以及传统化的影响,表现出明显的地域性、等级性、世袭性和功能多元化的特点,同国外的“民事登记”制度相比,我国户籍制度在指导思想,功能和管理方法等方面表现出明显的差异,我国户籍制度改革的方向就是根据国情,借鉴国外的先进经验,设计出具有前瞻性的、与经济发展相协调的户籍管理制度。

| Abstract: | Originated from arrangements of the planned economic system and the traditional social system,and influenced by traditional culture,China's current household system has its obvious local,inherited,hierarchical and multi functional characteristics.Compared with the foreign system of "civil registration",China's household system is greatly different in its guiding ideology,function and management method.China should establish a foresighted household registration system based on national conditions and with reference to foreign experience that coordinates with economic growth. |
