| Abstract: | Suzhou was the center of the seventeenth century cultural development of Jiangnan district. Here not only appeared prosperous and splendid city atmosphere, but also shaped a distinctive cultural phenomenon-custom of gifted man. In the opposition and blend of the officer and businessman, elegance and vulgarity, ration and emotion, individuality and pedanticism, changes began to take place gradually. |
