| Abstract: | Strengthening the convincing of the political-ideological work needs the active exploration and the creation in the mechanical system in order to establish a new scientific system with college characteristics which caters to the new situation. It includes the innovation of the leadership system, the innovation of the power system, the innovation of the security system; the innovation of the evaluation system; and the innovation of the stimulating system. |
