| 摘 要： | 检测WWOXmRNA及其编码蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达,分析其临床病理学意义。用半定量RT-PCR方法定量和免疫组化染色(EliVision plus法)分析45例结直肠癌、45例结直肠腺瘤及20例正常组织中WWOXmRNA及其编码的蛋白质表达量,并比较两者在不同组织中的表达差异。半定量RT-PCR和免疫组化结果显示,45例结直肠癌组织中WWOXmRNA表达水平低于结直肠腺瘤组及正常结直肠组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结果表明,WWOX的低表达与结直肠癌的发展、生物学行为和预后有相关性。
