| 摘 要： | 和谐社会是一个体现公平、公正的社会,而体育在发展过程中所形成的精神及内涵正是公平、公正社会的一个缩影。所以,群众通过参与体育运动,有助于和谐社会的形成、有助于法治社会的形成、有助于德治社会的形成。文章对现代体育与公平,公正的社会秩序建立之间的关系进行了分析研究。
