| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访问调查法对山西大同大学一至四年级在校大学生就课外体育活动的现状进行了调查和研究.并对目前我校课外体育锻炼的现状进行了理性的分析.为今后高校体育教学改革提供了经验借鉴和理论依据.

| Abstract: | By utilizing the methods of the literature datum,the questionnaire and the interview,this article investigated and analyzed the present situation of students' extracurricular sports activities in our university.The research conclusion has provided the theoretic proof and valuable experience for sports educational teaching reform in higher education school. |
