| 摘 要： | 将游泳这项深受学生喜爱的运动作为高校体育的一个教学内容是一种很好的发展趋势．通过近两学期的游泳教学的尝试，我们总结出一套以蛙泳为范例的教学方法，使学生能够在短时期内不但增强了体质．磨炼了意志，而且更重要的是学会了游泳这项可以终身受益的健身方法．

| Abstract: | As a teaching task in the physical education class, swimming is keenly liked by students in the college. This is a good developing tendency.Through teaching swimming class for nearly two terms,we have concluded a set of useful teaching methods , in which students can not only build their bodies and steel their will , but also master this beneficial swimming skill to keep fit all their lives . So it is of great benefit to devote major efforts to popularizing this swimming sport in the college. |
