| 摘 要： | 高血压病是常见的心血管疾病，患者对药物治疗依从性差，应制定相应护理对策；高血压病人群社区护理干预，应实施整体护理的形式，不同的社区应在社区评估地基础上恰当地运用护理学的相关理论模式制定干预计划，在获得患者的配合下实施综合干预，并以恰当的评估方法来评估干预效果．

| Abstract: | Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases now.According to the compliance of midica-tion process,we make some counter measures;to make some interference in the patients with hypertension in different communi-ties;to carry out completely nursing;By using the theories of nuring,to make some plans of interference.According to the assess-ment of the communities.Integrated interference can be done if the patients agree to coordinate.As well as the effect of inter-ference can be assessed in a proper means. |
