| 摘 要： | 美国外交史上的“中立” ,是美国从建国初直到第二次世界大战中期对欧洲战争或纠纷采取的基本政策。“中立”政策从其确立到历次施用都是为美国的根本国家利益服务的。它对美国的经济发展起到了极其重要的作用 ,是美国在建国短短 16 0多年后发展为世界头号强国的重要因素之一

| Abstract: | Many scholars at home have made effective researches on the market transformation degree of our country's economy.However,their quantitative projection achievements are still quite fewer.Accordingly, a monomial linear regression model and a grey system model may be set up to predict the level,tendency and time table of China's future economic market transformation course. |
