百万扩招背景下混合式教学的研究与实践 ——以机电控制技术课程为例

摘    要:百万扩招是我国缓解就业压力,实现产业转型升级的重要战略决策,但由于扩招班生源的特殊性,对传统职业教育“集中+线下”的授课方式提出了新的挑战。线上教学能够满足学生随时随地学习的需求,具有独特的优越性。以机电控制技术课程为例,对混合式教学在扩招班的应用进行研究,通过教学内容优化、教学组织设计、评价方式改革等多种措施,提升教学效果,解决了扩招班学生学习受空间、时间限制的问题,保证百万扩招职业教育的教学质量。

The Research and Practice of Blended Teaching Under the Background of Million Enrollment Expansion

Abstract:Million enrollment expansion is an important strategic decision to alleviate the employment pressure and realize industrial transformation and upgrading.However,due to the particularity of the source of students in the enrollment classes,it poses new challenges to the traditional"centralized+offline"teaching method of vocational education.Online teaching can meet the needs of students to learn anytime and anywhere,and has unique advantages.Taking the course of electromechanical control technology as an example,this paper studies the application of blended teaching in the enrollment classes,improves the teaching effect through various measures,such as the optimization of teaching content,the design of teaching organization and the reform of evaluation methods,solves the problem that the learning of students in the enrollment classes is limited by space and time,and ensures the teaching quality of millions of expanded vocational education.
