| 摘 要： | 处在社会转型时期的中国，社会生活发生了复杂变化，高职院校思想政治教育管理也出现了诸多新问题。思想政治教育工作队伍建设是思想政治教育能否取得成效的关键，实行思想政治教育队伍的职业化是提高思想政治教育工作效果的有效途径。逐步建设一支职业化的思想政治教育工作队伍，树立崇高的职业理想和竞争意识，坚定信念，塑造良好的职业形象，使高职院校思想政治教育走向正规化，是提高高职院校的育人效果的必由之路。

To establish the highest professional ideals and the sense of competition, the firm conviction that form a good professional image, practical work to enhance the ability to gradually build a contingent of professional work in the ideological and political education. |
