| 摘 要： | 近年来,高职教师队伍的"双师型"结构培养在高职院校得到注重,从而形成了实践技能课程主要由具有相应高技能水平的兼职教师讲授的机制。但是,高职院校教学团队的整体水平在总体上与我国目前的高职教育发展需求还有一定差距。因此,高职院校需要进一步加强教学团队建设,必须要从发展终身教育的适应人才培养模式改革需要出发。

| Abstract: | In recent years, the cultivation ot double prolesslonal teachers has gained attention In lllgller vocational corteges. 11 nas tormeu a mechanism that vocation-oriented curricula are mainly undertaken by part-time teachers who have corresponding high level of skills. But the o verall level of teaching team in higher vocational colleges drops behind the demand of current higher vocational education development in our country, we need to further strengthen the construction of teaching team in higher vocational colleges from the development of lifelong education needs to adapt to the talent training mode reform. |
