| 摘 要： | 数字出版技术的应用给传统出版带来了机遇的同时也带来了挑战：数字出版技术对传统出版流程的影响主要是良性的，它促进了出版主体和出版环境的变革，加速了出版产业链的重组。其实质是提高信息资源开发利用效率、扩大信息资源利用范同，实现出版业的规模化、产业化，从而改变了出版的竞争方式，提升出版业核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | The applicalion of digital publishing technology brings both opportunities and challenges to traditional publishing. Digital publishing technology mostly positively impacts the traditional publishing process. Digital publishing technology not only promotes the publishing main and the publishing environment change, but also accelerates the reorganization of the industrial chain, too. Its essence is to improve the efficiency of development and utilization of information resources, expand the usage of information resources, and achieve the scale and industrialization of the publishing industry., in order to change the way of publishing industry＇s competition, and enhance its core competitiveness. |
