| 摘 要： | 随着高等教育发展步伐的不断加快,许多公办普通高校按照新机制、新模式与社会力量合作创办本科层次的二级学院（也称独立学院）。如今,独立学院毕业生的就业状况成为社会广泛关注的热点,也成为独立学院能否生存发展的保证。因此,深入思考和研究独立学院的就业指导工作,对促进独立学院毕业生充分就业显得尤为重要。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of higher education,many public colleges and universities are established under the new mechanism,a new model of cooperation with the social forces of a secondary school of undergraduate level（also known as the Independent College）.Today,graduates＇ employment status of independent colleges has become a hot public concern,and become an ensure of the survival and development to independent college.It＇s a particular importance of deep thinking and research to guide the employment of independent Colleges and be accountable to the Independent College to promote full employment for graduate. |
