| Abstract: | Zhang Shizhi was nationwide famous for his settling lawsuits in the Western Han dynasty.This paper starts with an analysis of the causes of Zhang Shizhi's successes,further reveals the principles of the criminal law and values of the law implied in his settling lawsuits,which are intended to offer references for modern law officers. |
