| 摘 要： | 针对金融职业教育存在的金融人才培养目标定位不清、金融课程内容落后于时代、金融专业毕业生缺乏实践能力等问题,文章从培养学生的大数据思维、引导学生重新规划金融职业角色、重视拓展学生的知识面、重视培养学生的复合型能力、注重金融人才培养模式重构等方面,对大数据时代金融职业教育改革对策进行探讨。

| Abstract: | In view of the problems existing in financial vocational education,such as unclear training objectives,lagging behind the times in the content of financial courses,lack of practical ability of financial graduates,etc.,this paper focuses on training students'big data thinking,guiding students to re plan their financial professional roles,attaching importance to expanding students'knowledge,attaching importance to training students'compound ability,and attaching importance to the training of financial talents This paper discusses the reform of financial vocational education in the era of big data. |
