| 摘 要： | 在城市环境问题层出不穷,城市居民生态环境日益恶化的背景下,对城市居民垃圾源头处理的研究具有深刻的社会学意义。少数民族地区快速崛起的新兴城市代表——呼和浩特,近年来城市经济建设迅速发展,城市规模不断扩大,人口急剧膨胀,伴随而来的城市垃圾污染问题不言而喻,具有典型新兴二线城市的特点。具体表现为:民众虽有较强的环保愿望,但由于获得环境信息的途径较少,导致相关环保知识的缺失;城市垃圾分类处理的基础设施建设缺少和利用率不足,使得民众在垃圾处理行为的现实情境中表现为"再次分配"(分类处理)的主动性较弱;市民的环境态度也呈现比较模糊的"中间状态",立场不明确。这与市民所表现的对垃圾处理知识"知道点儿,但又知道的不全"的特点相对应。

| Abstract: | With the constant emergence of environmental problems and the increasing deterioration of ecological environment in cities,the study about the source treatment of city rubbish is of profound sociological significance.Due to the rapid economic development,urban sprawl and population explosion,rubbish pollution in Hohhot,a rapidly-developing new city in ethnic minority areas,has features typical of the new second-line cities.Though the citizens have the strong desire to protect environment,they have limited environment protection knowledge because of the lack of sources to obtain environmental information;the lack of basic infrastructures and inefficiency of sorting disposal of city rubbish make them take a passive attitude in the sorting disposal of city rubbish;and they do not take a clear stand as to environmental problems.It shows that the residents know some knowledge about rubbish disposal,but their knowledge is quite limited. |
