| 摘 要： | 目的通过对张家口地区445例血液病中贫血患者骨髓检查结果及其发病的季节、性别、年龄、地区的临床分析,为有计划有目的地进行贫血类疾病的预防和治疗提供依据.方法骨髓穿刺液涂片,常规细胞形态学检查方法和收集相关资料.结果检出巨幼细胞贫血(MA)65例,缺铁性贫血(IDA)40例,双相贫16例.其中3～7月份发病85例,占70.25%.13～55岁女性80例,占66.12%.结论巨幼细胞贫血,缺铁性贫血、双相性贫血的发病有明显的季节性及性别、年龄的差异.

| Abstract: | Objective: By clinical analysis of bone marrow film on 445 cases who suffered from hemal disease in the zhang Jia Kou area meanwhile the season, sex , age, area of the disease were investigated. Thus the plannedprevention and treatment of the illness could be carried out purposely. Methods: Made smears from bone marrow aspiration, observe the shape of cells in routine examination, gather related material. Results: 65 cases of megaloblastic anemia, 40 cases of iron deficiency anemia and 16 cases of malnutritious anemia were enrolled in this study. Among them , 85 cases counted from March to July , the ratio was70. 25 % ; while 80 female cases who were 13 - 55 years old accouted for 66. 12% . Conclusions:Incident of iron deficiency anemia, megaloblastic anemia and and malnutritious anemia vary with season age and sex obviously |
