| 摘 要： | 发展性教师评价是一种面向未来、弘扬主体性和民主化的全新的教师评价理念,在价值上强化的是教师的综合素质。对高职教师进行发展性评价,有利于形成教师自身素质发展、群体优化与学校可持续发展的有机融合。实施发展性教师评价,既要建构符合高职院校特点的三维评价指标体系,又要采取科学合理的评价程序。

| Abstract: | Developmental evaluation of teachers is a new concept for teacher evaluation which is geared to the needs of the future and carries forward subjectivity and democracy.In terms of its value,it strengthens teachers’ comprehensive quality.Carrying out developmental evaluation in higher vocational colleges is conductive to the organic integration of teachers’ quality development and group optimization and the sustainable development of the school.To implement developmental evaluation not only needs to establish a three-dimensional evaluation system that conforms to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges but also needs to take scientific and reasonable evaluation procedure. |
