| 摘 要： | 图书馆的数字化使参考咨询服务的内容和方式都发生了革命性的变化。参考咨询馆员也由馆藏时代被动、从属的配角转为数字化时代的主角，充当起了领航员、操盘手、营销员等新型的角色。新角色要求参考咨询馆员具备敏锐的信息意识、良好的业务能力、完善的知识结构和娴熟的计算机技能，以便更好地适应数字化图书馆咨询工作。

| Abstract: | The digital library makes the contents and methods of reference service undergo a revolutionary change. Reference librarians have changed from the passive, subordinate role in the collection era to the leading role of navigators, traders, salespersons in the digital era. The new roles raise new demands for the quality of reference librarian who must have acute information consciousness, good business ability, perfect knowledge structure and good computer skills so as to adapt to the requirements of reference role in the digital library. |
