| 摘 要： | 19世纪70年代,马克思、恩格斯提出了共产主义的两个发展阶段理论和建设社会主义法治理论,可谓是现代社会主义法治理论的源头。虽然时过境迁,马克思、恩格斯的论述距今已有200余年的历史了,但对我国社会主义法治建设仍然有积极的指导意义。

| Abstract: | During the 1870s,Karl Marx and Frederick Engels established the theory of two-developing-step communism and the theory of building socialist law.These two theories are the source of current socialist legal system.Although their theory had a history of more than 200 years,it still has a positive constructive meaning for China＇s construction of socialist legal society. |
