| 摘 要： | 从中国高校校园规划建设近年来转向校园优化和维护的趋向出发,通过中美高校校园规划建设比较,特别是在校园规划的前瞻性和延续性、现代建筑建设与旧建筑改造的和谐、大体量建筑与小体量建筑的协调、教学区服务设施的完善、实验室使用效率的提高、校园环境保护、历史文化传承、建设资金筹措、数字化校园建设、现代化设施改造等方面的比较,强调必须立足于中国高校发展的实际,结合我国高校校园规划建设的特点和文化历史传统,吸收美国高校校园规划建设的一些优点和成熟做法,为我国高校校园规划建设可持续发展服务。

| Abstract: | In recent years,campus construction in Chinese colleges and universities has switched to campus optimization and maintenance.Based on a comparison between Chinese and U.S.campus construction including prospective and continuity of campuses planning,harmonization of modern and old buildings,organic combination of large-scale and small-scale buildings,perfection of service facilities at teaching regions,better utilization of laboratories,environmental protection of campuses,heritage of historical culture,financing construction funds,construction of digital campuses,transformation of modern facilities,etc.It is stressed that Chinese campus construction must be in accordance with Chinese realities.It is significant to combine Chinese campus planning and historical heritage with those advantageous factors in U.S.campus designing in order to provide some reference for the steady development of Chinese university campus planning. |
