| 摘 要： | 制定自治条例是民族区域自治地方实现政治、经济、文化、社会生活等方面自治的主要途径和方式。目前,民族区域自治地方自治条例立法利度在立法权、立法程序及立法监督中仍然存在许多问题,亟待从保险自治条例立法权的独立行使、明确立法程序、健全立法监督制度方面予以改革完善。

| Abstract: | It is the main route and way of achieving the regulations on the autonomy of that politics,the economy,culture,society live,etc.autonomy for the national autonomous area.At present,the legislative system of the regulations on the autonomy have many problems in the legislative power,the legislative process and legislative supervision.So the urgent need is to protect the independent exercise of autonomy legislative power,clear the legislative procedures and improve the legislation supervision system and so on,in purpose of reforming perfect. |
