Abstract:It is a new project to train elementary school teachers at normal colleges.This paper explores the 3:2 training mode through comprehensive curriculum design,to change the students learning methods,lay stress on the practical ability training and try to foster new specialized elementary school teachers who will be fit for China's basic education reform.
