| 摘 要： | 本文概述了高校图书馆馆员继续教育的必要性、内容以及措施.结合高校图书馆人力资源结构的现状与实际工作,提出了高校图书馆馆员继续教育的三点新思路:结合馆员的实际情况,因材施教;将图书馆领导纳入继续教育计划之中;加强高校图书馆馆员宣传意识的继续教育.
