| 摘 要： | 实践教学是高职旅游管理专业人才培养的重要环节，构建科学合理的实践教学体系并加以贯彻实施对于提高学生的实践能力具有举足轻重的作用。本文在分析前人研究成果的基础上，将高职旅游管理专业实践教学从纵向时间序列上划分为三个阶段，从横向系统构成上划分为五个环节，创新性地提出了高职旅游管理专业“三段五环一体化”实践教学体系，并剖析了该体系的运行机制，最后以重庆教育学院高职旅游管理专业为例进行了实证分析。

| Abstract: | Practical teaching is an important part of the Tourism Management Specialty in vocational higher education. Con- structing and implementing scientific practical teaching system is very important to improve students＇ practical ability. Based on previous related researeh achievements, this paper compartmentalizes the practical teaching into three stages by the longitudinal time ar ray, and five elements by the structure of horizontal system. Therefore, it creatively puts forward the ＂three-stage and five-element integration＂ practical teaching system and analyses its operating mechanism. Finally, taking the Tourism Management Specialty of Chongqing Education College as an example, it makes an empirical research. |
