| Abstract: | Chinas excellent national culture is developing and being disseminated. Chinese Communist Party takes positive attitude in carrying on and developing advanced national culture and has made historic contribution to it. By studying the spirit of 16th CCCPC, we can find that Chinese Communist Party represents the development direction of advanced culture and is making great and continuous efforts to develop Chinas excellent national culture. |
