| Abstract: | While the population and economy increase,water resource is getting short of supply in the reservoirs, thus threatening the sustainable development. The writer, therefore, proposes making use of information technology, building an analytical model combined with forecasting service, measuring the prompt solution in the water demand, and improving the scientific management of the reservoirs. |
